Your text is stored securely in your iCloud on iOS or in your device on Android, not with TRU LUV. You can then opt in or out of data collection anytime in the Privacy menu in #SelfCare. Our research collective is a subset of our audience who consent to share their anonymized data with TRU LUV. Our app may later invite you to be part of our research collective. We created #SelfCare as a way to step back from goal achievement and deepen into ourselves.

In 2018, we modeled our room after our collective’s personal self-care rituals.
